Steps to Alphabetize Last Names in Excel
- Open your MS Excel.
- Now, select the column header of “last name” from the sheet.
- Now, go to the right corner of the ribbon bar and click on A to Z sort & filters.
- Here you can convert the column in alphabetical order by clicking on sort A to Z. you can also do vice versa by clicking on sort Z to A.
